I've had pho from nearly every Vietnamese place in Richmond - the broth at Pho 1 Grill is fantastic and the the beef is of stellar quality.
Discovered pho a few years ago and have tried a variety of places in town. This place is far beyond all of the others I've tried, in ambience, service, and most importantly food!
